Mass of Christian Burial

“May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of Christ, rest in peace.”

The death of a loved one can be a very difficult time for family and friends.
St. Henry Church would like to walk with you on your journey, providing funeral planning and grief support.

Family members are encouraged to participate in the planning of the funeral liturgy. The pastoral staff will explain the funeral liturgy, and assist in choosing the readings and music. We will work with the funeral director and funeral home in order to ensure a prayerful and meaningful funeral liturgy.  We will also attend the funeral in support of family and friends.
Many times, the parish can also provide and host a luncheon. This will be discussed during the funeral planning.
